Position: Construction Supervisor Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $79,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Lockyer QLD 4344 Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team based in Lockyer, Queensland delivering projects across Australia. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Supervise daily civil and concrete construction activities on commercial and industrial projects. ·Coordinate and oversee excavation, formwork, steel reinforcing, concrete placement, and finishing operations. ·Supervise concrete tilt panel preparation, casting, erection, bracing, and installation. ·Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and drawings. ·Organise labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to meet project schedules and deadlines. ·Conduct site inspections and monitor quality control for concrete and structural works. ·Read and interpret construction plans, engineering drawings, and specifications. ·Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures. ·Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate site activities. ·Oversee shed, factory, and commercial concrete slab setup, placement, and finishing. ·Monitor productivity and ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained on site. ·Assist with project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving during construction activities. Requirements: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma qualification, or a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualifications Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Construction Supervisor role or a similar position Minimum two (2) years’ experience building silos sealed in accordance with Australian Standard Current Driver’s Licence Valid Construction Industry White Card Willingness and ability to travel interstate and work away from home for extended periods as projects are located across Australia
