About you and your new opportunity:In this role, you'll support the ongoing development and improvement of child safe practices across our organisation. Working closely with the Child Safe Practice Lead and a range of stakeholders, you'll help strengthen our child safe culture through education, policy, compliance and practical support.You'll be involved in:Supporting compliance with Child Safe legislation and standardsHelping develop and deliver engaging Child Safety education and trainingAssisting with incident responses and continuous improvement activitiesContributing to policy reviews and practice improvementsEnsuring the voices of all children and young people are reflected in our work What you will bring to our team:You're someone who is genuinely committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and motivated to make a real difference.
