What are we looking for? The Application Configurator configures and enhances Slater & Gordon’s Legal Practice System (LPS) on the ShareDo platform, delivering workflows, integrations, and system improvements that support business operations and client experience. The role works closely with IT and Legal teams to deliver stable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Configure and optimise ShareDo applications, workflows, forms, and user experiences. Translate business and technical requirements into effective system configurations. Develop low-code and scripted solutions using tools such as JavaScript and SQL. Configure and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and platforms. Support data migration activities from legacy systems into ShareDo. Manage deployments, releases, and environment configurations. Participate in QA, testing, and peer reviews to ensure high-quality delivery. Maintain system documentation, guides, and configuration records. Monitor platform enhancements and recommend continuous improvements. Collaborate with IT and business teams to support successful project delivery. What will you bring? Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field (essential). Experience configuring or administering enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, K2/Nintex). Experience with legal practice systems or case management platforms (desirable). Understanding of workflow design and business process modelling (desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with strong documentation and communication skills. Experience improving processes within technical or delivery teams. Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL (proficiency desirable).
