Reporting directly to our Head of Residential Support Services, you’ll support our teams to document care with confidence, ensure residents’ needs are accurately reflected, and help strengthen the funding that enables exceptional, person‑centred care across our multiple sites. Play a key role in strengthening AN‑ACC processes, clinical documentation quality, and funding optimisation across Residential Care. Coordinate AN‑ACC assessments and reassessments with clear workflows and documentation guidelines. Provide coaching, micro‑training and hands‑on support to uplift clinical documentation capability. Monitor care minutes and collaborate with Finance and People & Culture to meet reporting requirements. Ensure all AN‑ACC processes and evidence meet legislative, audit and Aged Care Quality Standard obligations. Partner with multidisciplinary teams and external assessors to align clinical care with documented evidence. The Essentials Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with 5 years of clinical experience. Strong understanding of AN‑ACC requirements, evidence standards and aged care documentation. Capability to guide and coach clinicians to strengthen documentation quality. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Is confident working with systems, reports and audits. Can balance quality care, regulatory requirements and financial sustainability.
