The Role: Operations Manager, Edinburgh, SA Reporting directly to the Director of Operations based at our Adelaide Head Office, the Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the daily operations across 2 Edinburgh facilities. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing warehousing and logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating deliveries using our fleet of company vehicles. It also involves supporting administrative processes, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support staff across warehousing, delivery, and safety functions. Drive a high-performance, customer-first culture focused on meeting service and quality standards. Plan and allocate labour to meet warehouse operations and daily delivery commitments. Manage and communicate daily operational plans to ensure clarity and accountability. Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for vehicles and ensure roadworthiness. Implement preventative maintenance programs for all plant and equipment. Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stocktakes. Collaborate with the Customer Service team on sales support and quoting activities. Represent and promote the MASTEC brand, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Prior experience in transport and warehouse operations. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
