Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage testing rosters in a cost effective manner while ensuring compliance with fatigue management guidelines Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients Ensure all client Work Instructions and ACT profile details are accurate, current and maintained correctly Support the Sales Manager in identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Process paperwork and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures Manage and maintain client and booking information within the company database system (currently ACT) Complete new client setups and ensure all required information is entered accurately Liaise closely with Operations and Collection Managers to improve scheduling efficiency, screening coordination and overall service delivery Provide high quality customer service to clients, collectors and internal stakeholders Assist in resolving scheduling issues and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner About You Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Experience using CRM, scheduling or database management systems, ideally ACT or similar software Professional, friendly and confident telephone manner Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands Reliable, proactive and able to work independently Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment Strong communication and problem solving skills Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration or customer service roles will be highly regarded What We Offer Supportive team environment Nationally recognised company with ongoing growth Opportunity to develop and expand your skills across operations and client management Salary negotiable based on experience and skills
