Your Role in Action Machinery's Best Mate: Be the go-to helper for tradesmen—fetching, cleaning, and keeping the machinery in top shape. Tool Time Master: Get hands-on with everything from shovels to jackhammers—if it's a tool, you'll wield it! Lift Like a Champ: Show your strength with regular lifting, carrying, and hauling to keep everything on the move. Clean-Up Crew Hero: Shovel, sweep, and hose down the mill, making sure everything stays neat and tidy. Safety Star: Lead by example in health & safety, ensuring every task is done with care and caution. Conquer the Mill Maze: From the workshop to the top levels of the mill, you'll be the go-to person for getting the job done, no matter where it takes you.
