Dive into high-level advisory work and priceless ongoing mentorship from industry leaders. Specifically, you will be working alongside an Associate Director & Partner with a combined 30 years of tenure. Key Responsibilities: Provide tax planning and business advice across a diverse client base Participate in advisory engagements, including forecasting and strategic planning Support the existing Partner and fellow Associate Director with client relationship management and workflow oversight Mentor, coach and guide a dedictated team of Accountants & Managers Skills and Experience: Current and ongoing right to work in Australia Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm, ideally with mentorship experience Experience advising business clients with turnovers of $5 million IPA/CPA/CA qualified (or currently undertaking) Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills About the Organisation: With access to national resources and technical expertise, the firm provides an environment where ambitious professionals can thrive while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
