You will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, cybersecurity tools, onsite client support and day-to-day service desk escalation work. You will suit this role if you are already working in Level 2 support, desktop support, service desk, field support or an MSP environment and are ready for more ownership, more client exposure and broader technical development. The Role As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide remote and onsite support across a broad mix of client environments. No two days will be exactly the same. One day you may be resolving Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues, the next you may be onsite with a client, troubleshooting network connectivity, supporting cloud services or escalating more complex matters with the senior technical team. This is not a role where you are expected to sit in a queue and simply close tickets. Productiv is looking for people who take ownership, communicate well, document properly and enjoy helping customers get the best from their technology. What You’ll Be Doing Providing Level 2 technical support across remote and onsite client environments Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure / Entra ID and Intune Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and business applications Assisting with networking issues across routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and connectivity Working with ticketing systems to manage, document and resolve support requests Visiting client sites around Brisbane when required Supporting cybersecurity, cloud and end-user computing environments Escalating complex issues while continuing to learn from senior engineers Delivering a professional, calm and helpful customer experience What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk or a similar technical role Solid Level 2 troubleshooting capability (We will test) Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills Exposure to Azure / Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory and endpoint management General networking knowledge across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewalls Experience working with ticketing systems and structured support processes Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service mindset Ability to work independently, follow through and keep clients updated A friendly, collaborative attitude and willingness to keep learning Current Australian working rights Driver’s licence and willingness to attend client sites across Brisbane MSP or IT Services experience would be highly regarded, but strong internal IT L2 support candidates with the right attitude and technical foundation are also encouraged to apply.
