We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and detail‑oriented Administration and Finance Manager to join our Westfield Tea Tree Plaza team on a 13-month fixed term contract. This is a varied role with a strong focus on finance, while also offering exposure to all facets of centre management. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading the development of annual asset budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with budget objectives Ongoing analysis and management of centre profit and loss reports, including reviewing and processing monthly accruals and journals (such as prepayments) Delivering accurate and timely analysis of financial risks and opportunities, and presenting clear recommendations to the Asset Team Supporting our Regional Customer Experience Manager by analysing state trends and national benchmark data Conducting bi‑monthly budget forecasting Managing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the general day‑to‑day operations of the office This is a full‑time role, and as part of our operational team, you will also participate in duty management responsibilities from time to time. This includes occasional weekend shifts on a rostered basis, balanced with time off in lieu. What will set you apart?
