Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available No experience required for this role We are a franchise newsagency seeking a reliable and responsible Shop Assistant. Applicants must be able to work at least 3 flexible weekday shifts (Monday to Friday) , with each shift typically 3–5 hours (e.g. 8:30am-12:00pm, 12:30-4:30pm) . Flexibility across different weekdays is essential. Lotto product experience is highly preferable but not mandatory. This position is in Warwick Grove. General retail duties such as: - excellent customer service - careful cash handling - Accurate lotto product handling - store merchandising (stationery, gifts, magazine, etc.) - stock rotation - store cleaning This role is classified under the General Retail Industry Award (Junior employee classification) , and pay will be in strict accordance with Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines. Applicants should be eligible to be employed under junior pay rates as defined by the Award. Casual hourly rates will be applied in line with the Award and vary depending on age and experience.
