Our customers rely on us for fast turnaround times, accuracy and consistent service. About the Role This is a hands-on role combining retail service with B2B order coordination. You'll be the link between customers, sales, and dispatch—ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This is not a passive customer service role. It requires confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
