This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage programs that deliver real change for individuals and families. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading the end-to-end delivery of programs across multiple service areas Managing program performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency Working closely with Team Leaders and frontline teams to support effective service delivery Monitoring budgets, resources, and program outcomes Driving continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across programs Building strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners Supporting reporting, planning, and strategic program development What You’ll Bring: Experience in program management or service delivery leadership (community, disability, aged care or similar) Strong understanding of NDIS or human services environments (highly regarded) Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple programs or sites Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Current Blue Card, NDIS Screening, Police Check and Queensland Driver’s Licence.
