The position: Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a passionate and organised individual to coordinate our vibrant after-school program for Prep to Year 8 students during term time, along with two holiday programs throughout the year. This program provides a variety of enriching activities including art, sport, cooking, and digital sports, and operates independently from the College’s OSHC service. The Co-Curricular Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and facilitation of the program. Key duties include managing student sign-in, coordinating activities, handling administrative tasks such as email correspondence and stock ordering, and serving as the primary point of contact for the program. This part-time role requires availability from 12:00pm to 4:30pm, five days per week during term time plus four additional weeks. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to creating a safe and engaging environment for students. The position is for an immediate start.
