As a Shop Assistant based in Cronulla, this role is casual part time hours and you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Op shops, work closely with staff and volunteers, and help deliver a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service to all customers and visitors Assist with stock handling, pricing, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation Support day-to-day shop operations including cash handling, cleanliness, and safe work practices Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to create a positive team environment Help ensure the shop is a welcoming and inclusive space for people from all backgrounds About You You enjoy working with people and have a genuine commitment to customer service You’re reliable, organised, and willing to take initiative Retail or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential You align with our values and are motivated by work that supports the community Why join us?
