The Opportunity As the Senior Manager, Investment Management – Alternative Investments within the Alternative Investments team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to achieve investment objectives. You will oversee the efficient operation of investments and developments to maximize asset value and investment performance. This portfolio includes assets and capital strategies across various classes, such as residential, healthcare, and industrial, and you will also be accountable for the oversight and delivery of the trading portfolio. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity. What you will do Oversee investment positions and ensure timely returns Lead asset and development strategies, aligning with strategic plans Set objectives and prepare annual business plans for assets Review and refine property strategies with stakeholders Manage budgets to achieve financial targets Oversee leasing activities and tenant compliance Collaborate on acquisitions and divestments, participating in due diligence Contribute to investment strategies for Trading and DREP portfolios Support team engagement and professional development Develop and implement crisis management and emergency protocols About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong understanding and experience in investment/portfolio management across multiple sectors, as well as real asset transactions, origination and developments. In this role, you will develop and implement effective investment strategies with flexibility to adapt to market conditions. You will showcase versatility and an ability to manage change effectively whilst also leading a high-functioning team.
