About the role This is a part time opportunity (16 hours per week), fixed term until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension, and is based in Queanbeyan. You will work as part of the GPH Aboriginal Health Team to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Southern NSW. You will provide ongoing care coordination and chronic disease management among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Skills & Experience Current AHPRA registration as either an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years' experience. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and demonstrated cultural competence. Relevant experience in the delivery of Women’s health screening, specifically cervical screening. Ability to work independently and confidence in exercising clinical judgement.
