Job Description Our client is a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor with over 25 years of success delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of landmark construction projects secured across South East Queensland, they are currently seeking a motivated Business Administration Trainee to join their team on the Toowoomba Hospital project. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start or further develop your career within the construction industry while working alongside an experienced Project Administrator in a supportive team environment. The Opportunity This role will see you supporting the day-to-day administration functions of a major commercial construction project. You will gain hands-on experience across project administration, document control, coordination and general office support while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Whether you are just starting your career or already have a few years of administration experience, this opportunity is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in a professional construction environment. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Provide day-to-day administration support to the project team Assist with document control and project filing systems Coordinate meetings, schedules and project correspondence Data entry and maintaining accurate project records Support onboarding and site administration processes Liaise with internal staff, suppliers and subcontractors General administration and office coordination duties About You We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and eager to build a career in administration within the construction industry.
