About the role Multiple positions available as full-time or part-time opportunities, fixed term until 30 June 2027, based in North Sydney area. The Mental Health Clinician will lead short term, evidence based mental health support for older people in residential aged care facilities. They will complete assessments, formulations and deliver therapy, partnering with the person, families and staff. Care will be coordinated within an integrated hub team, reporting to the Service Manager. Has experience experience in undertaking comprehensive mental health assessments and development of intervention plans in collaboration with consumers and their family and carers.
