As Senior Manager – Customer Onboarding & Implementation , you’ll lead a specialist team responsible for delivering seamless, consistent, high-quality onboarding from deal won to live operations. This is a high-profile leadership role where you’ll partner with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Shared Services to deliver well-governed implementations fast, smooth and built to last. You’ll also take the lead on key strategic and brand-critical customer implementations, representing TGE in customer forums and executive-level conversations. What You’ll Own Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding & implementation team Drive end-to-end governance and delivery of customer implementations Act as senior escalation point for complex onboarding challenges Lead strategic, high-profile customer implementations when it matters most Partner across Freight (and Parcels where required) to deliver seamless outcomes Improve speed-to-trade, customer satisfaction, and onboarding capability over time What You’ll Bring Strong leadership experience in customer service / CX / onboarding environments Confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders A sharp commercial mindset balanced with customer advocacy Ability to drive structured delivery, governance and continuous improvement Experience in freight/logistics or complex operational environments (desirable) Why This Role?
