A well-established global freight forwarding and customs brokerage business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their high-performing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused freight forwarding professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing shipments end-to-end, and delivering exceptional service across international logistics operations. Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will manage a portfolio of clients across import and export operations while coordinating closely with internal teams, overseas agents, and transport providers. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments while maintaining high service standards and strong communication throughout the supply chain process.
