The Opportunity Verve Partners is proud to be partnering with The Business Centre to appoint an experienced and capable Training Manager to lead the compliance and operational management of the organisation’s accredited training activities. This full-time opportunity will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of training operations across the business. You will oversee compliance systems, learning platforms, reporting requirements, and quality assurance processes, while supporting a professional and well-managed learning environment. This role will suit a proactive and organised professional who thrives in structured environments, understands the importance of compliance, and enjoys improving systems, processes, and operational outcomes.
