What you will enjoy doing Supporting the achievement of LP Gas sales budgets across agreed volume, margin, and product group objectives Working collaboratively to facilitate appliance sales where appropriate Building and growing an existing customer base, ensuring both volume and margin outcomes align with branch goals Developing strong, trusted relationships with customers through consistent and well-planned engagement Managing a structured call schedule, with a focus on delivering meaningful and high-quality customer interactions Planning and organising your month effectively, including submitting planners and reports on time Identifying opportunities for growth across your geographic area and sharing leads with the broader team for follow-up Monitoring and sharing insights on product performance, margin, volume, and competitor activity Supporting customer re-signs by preparing business cases and working within Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within systems Building relationships with trade partners and ensuring they are well-supported What makes you great Experience in field sales or account management (approximately 2–3 years) A strong customer focus, with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships A results-oriented approach, with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial outcomes Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and resolve challenges constructively Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and priorities Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams A commitment to safe working practices and promoting safety in customer interactions Current, and valid driver’s Licence Why you will love working with us Are you looking for challenges?
