Job description Civil Designer • Brisbane, QLD • Full-time • Diverse Civil and Water projects • AutoCAD and 12D Model experience Role Opportunity Our client is seeking a Civil Designer to join a highly regarded Brisbane engineering consultancy known for delivering thoughtful, technically strong and community-focused design outcomes. You will join an established Civil and Water team working across civil infrastructure, urban development, parks, recreation and public space projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from concept through to detailed design, while working closely with experienced engineers and designers who value collaboration, quality and practical problem-solving. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Designer looking to build their technical capability, broaden their project exposure and be part of a down-to-earth team delivering work that makes a genuine impact across local communities. Benefits • Established civil and water team • Meaningful community-focused project exposure • Supportive and collaborative design culture • Ongoing technical and career development Essential Qualifications & Skills • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting workflows • Practical 12D civil modelling capability • Sound understanding of SEQ design requirements • Civil roads and infrastructure design background • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Around 3 to 7 years of experience in Drafting or Design Duties & Responsibilities • Develop civil designs from concept stage • Model earthworks, drainage and road layouts • Compile quantity schedules and design outputs • Prepare quality, accurate drawings and documentation • Assist engineers and designers with delivery • Support civil design and drafting teams About our Client Our client is an awarded Brisbane engineering practice with a collaborative, down-to-earth culture.
