You will play an important role in supporting positive patient experiences while ensuring care is delivered to the highest clinical standards. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, support patient flow and work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain a safe and efficient service. You will also contribute to the guidance of students and Enrolled Nurses while continuing to build your clinical capability through ongoing learning, professional development and hands on experience.
