You will provide advanced clinical leadership in a fast-paced environment, supporting safe, responsive and efficient patient journeys through acute care services. • Lead hospital flow and capacity management • Coordinate access, discharge and avoidance strategies • Support emergency and business continuity responses • Partner with clinical teams to improve patient flow • Develop pathways and service improvement initiatives • Mentor staff and promote positive team culture About You You are a confident and experienced nursing leader who thrives in fast paced healthcare environments and drives safe, effective patient flow and service delivery. • AHPRA registration with current practising certificate • Lead patient flow and discharge planning initiatives • Manage change and support operational decision making • Communicate confidently across multidisciplinary teams • Deliver results under pressure and meet competing demands Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
