We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our welcoming team at Goodstart Shepparton – Archer Street in a full-time position, supporting children and educators across Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten rooms. As an Assistant Director, you will: Work collaboratively across Nursery through to Kindergarten Support consistent routines and learning experiences across rooms Build trusting relationships with children, families and educators Be flexible and available to work a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting teams where needed throughout the day.
