About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key duties will include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person Providing advice and technical support on window furnishings products Preparing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Following up quotes and assisting with converting leads into sales Maintaining strong relationships with trade customers Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally Assisting with showroom sales where required Maintaining CRM and internal systems with up-to-date customer information
