The Role As Executive Manager Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership across our core corporate functions, ensuring our systems, governance, and operations are robust, future-focused, and aligned to our mission. You will play a key role in enabling Better Place Australia to deliver a sector-leading service model that values client experience, measurable outcomes, and financial sustainability. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive team, you will bring both strategic insight and operational excellence, fostering a culture that is collaborative, accountable, and open to continuous improvement. What You Will Lead Financial processes from budgeting and forecasting to driving performance insights and long-term sustainability. Oversee technology, systems, and data to ensure they are secure, reliable, and support how we work. Strengthen governance, risk, and compliance frameworks so we can make informed, transparent decisions. Drive business planning, performance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Create safe, welcoming workplaces and ensuring we’re prepared, resilient, and well-supported through strong facilities, administration, and continuity planning. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a collaborative and values-driven leader who: Brings senior experience across corporate services in a for-purpose organisation, including community, health, or human services environment. Has strong expertise in financial management, governance, risk, and compliance. Is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. Is entrepreneurial in mindset-curious, solutions-focused, and willing to challenge constructively. Builds capability in others and fosters financial and organisational literacy. Has experience working with Boards, executives, auditors, and external stakeholders. Demonstrates sound knowledge of information governance, privacy, and cyber security. Is passionate about creating systems that support people, performance, and purpose Qualifications in business, finance, governance, or a related discipline (CPA/CA or equivalent) are essential.
