About this role Warehouse Storeperson Edinburgh, SA About the opportunity Airbus Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Material Support and Logistics (MS&L) team in Edinburgh, SA. In this role, you will operate as a fully embedded resource within Commonwealth-managed warehouses. Working directly alongside Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, you will play a critical role in delivering essential logistics support to RAAF Capabilities. About the role Reporting to the Team Lead Supply Chain, with daily tasking provided by the Warehouse Officer in Charge (OIC), you will ensure the highest quality and airworthiness standards are met through defence warehousing best practices and meticulous stock control. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of Aeronautical spare parts and consumables. Maintaining strict data integrity within Commonwealth, Airbus, and Defence systems (including the Defence ERP system, AIMS, and SAP). Participating in data purification, inventory reviews, and stock rotation processes. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to eliminate waste and drive supply chain efficiency. About you We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment but can also work autonomously to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Skills and Experience Required: Forklift Licence (Essential) Demonstrated experience with inventory management tools, specifically Defence-specific systems (MILIS and SAP). Solid understanding of warehousing best practices, storage principles, and stock rotation. Experience handling, packing, and distributing Aeronautical products is highly regarded. Exposure to supply chain performance reporting and data analysis. A strong, demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
