About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established residential home builder in a client-facing Sales Consultant role based in a display home. You'll be the face of the brand guiding buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and managing the full sales journey from first visit through to contract signing. We are open to candidates who come from a strong sales background in any industry, or those already working within the residential building space who are ready to make the move into a formal sales role. What You'll Be Doing Welcome and qualify prospective buyers visiting the display home Guide clients through the full sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract Build genuine relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and matching them to the right home design Manage and follow up your sales pipeline using CRM systems Work closely with pre-construction and estimating teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display home at all times What We're Looking For A strong sales background in any industry OR experience working within the residential building space in a role such as pre-construction, contracts, estimating or customer service and ready to step into new homes sales A genuine passion for property and new homes with the ability to connect with buyers at every level Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills Confident and articulate when presenting contracts, tenders and inclusions to clients Self-motivated, target-driven and accountable to results Comfortable working weekends as part of a display home roster Real Estate Certificate of Registration (desirable but not essential) What's On Offer Competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure A quality product backed by a reputable builder with a strong and active pipeline Full onboarding, product training and ongoing support to set you up for success A collaborative and supportive team culture with genuine career progression The opportunity to represent a brand that genuinely puts the client experience first Apply?
