As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, delivering a concierge-style experience across a wide range of loan-related requests. From helping with account updates to generating documents and following up on applications, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers through key financial decisions while ensuring accurate record keeping and strong communication across internal teams. About you: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring previous experience in a customer-facing environment, whether that’s a contact centre (highly regarded and will be preference as a candidate), retail, or hospitality along with a genuine ability to connect with people and provide clear, professional communication. Financial services experience is a bonus, and you’ll need to be comfortable in a structured, fast-paced setting with fixed hours and a hybrid work model.
