In this role, you’ll be involved in front-end construction work across a diverse range of matters, including: Advising on procurement strategies, tender processes and delivery models Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts (standard form and bespoke) Providing strategic advice on project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory issues Supporting clients across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure and energy projects You’ll work with a broad client base including government bodies, developers, contractors, financiers and consultants across sectors such as: Transport infrastructure (rail, roads, airports) Energy (generation, transmission and storage), oil & gas and resources Water and utilities Social infrastructure and commercial developments The work is complex, high-value and genuinely career-defining, spanning major national projects as well as international developments, giving you exposure to global best practice in construction and infrastructure. You may come out of a mid or top-tier firm or have experience working in-house (public or private) within the construction / projects industry. You will bring strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work across complex transactions, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
