Job Title: Venue / Duty Manager Company: Seven Hills Hotel Location: Seven Hills, NSW Employment Type: Full-time Seven Hills Hotel is seeking an experienced and reliable Venue / Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue, supervising staff, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during rostered shifts. This role is suitable for someone with strong hospitality management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a busy hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily venue operations across bar, gaming, dining, accommodation and customer service areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise, train and support staff during shifts, including rostering, task allocation, performance monitoring and maintaining professional service standards. Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, food safety, WHS, licensing requirements and all relevant venue policies and procedures. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, bookings, incidents and service issues in a professional and timely manner. Monitor stock levels, cash handling, tills, reports, opening and closing procedures, and assist management with operational and financial performance. Requirements Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Venue Manager, Assistant Manager or similar role in a hotel, pub, club or hospitality venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and daily operations. Good knowledge of hospitality service standards, venue compliance and customer service procedures. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. Benefits Current RSA required.
