Our Local Business Bankers build, acquire and maintain standout relationships with Small Business customers, working closely within the local business community . With a focus on Business Lending, you’ll also help our customers across their broader banking needs. You’ll work flexibly and proactively to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will be embedded locally working out of one of our branches, and you’ll find other ways to build that customer base – including effective external and internal referral networks. Experience in Small Business banking and business lending preferred. Proven ability to find and generate new business in the financial sector and local market. Strong people skills, enjoying meeting new faces and building networks. Track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations. Strong business and financial acumen. Why join us?
