Key Responsibilities Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating “Raving Fans” Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modules Participating in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate required sales behaviours Understand the JB HiFi 5 Steps of Selling and demonstrate in all customer interactions Working efficiently and multitasking where required to manage incoming call and chat volumes Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale Remain relevant and up to date with new products and services Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards. Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders Assist the Management Team, where required, in daily operational aspects and tasks.
