IQ Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our growing team in Perth, Western Australia. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing architectural drawings and documentation across a range of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, supervisors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. Technical Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have: Several years of experience using Revit. Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building regulations. Experience with both single-storey and double-storey residential construction. Experience working on residential and commercial projects. Ability to prepare, interpret, and edit sketches, working drawings, and construction documentation. Knowledge of site analysis, land data, and preliminary construction requirements. Strong understanding of Australian building codes and compliance standards. Ability to liaise with local councils, consultants, certifiers, and governing authorities when required.
