This role is the nerve centre of daily operations execution—you're the person making sure crews, equipment, and customer expectations line up every single day. What the role involves: Real-time coordination — You're managing moving pieces: where crews are, what's loaded on trucks, who's running behind, which customer needs a callback. Think air traffic control for deliveries and installations. Customer-facing accountability — When something goes sideways (weather, breakdowns, sick calls), you're the one ringing customers before they ring you. Proactive communication is a big part of the gig. Performance oversight — Tracking whether crews hit their targets, following up during the day, and flagging issues before they snowball. You're not doing the fieldwork, but you're responsible for it getting done right. Admin backbone — Schedules, reports, incident paperwork, fleet records. The concrete stuff that keeps operations on track.
