About the role Tactical Flooring PTY LTD, a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions in Ormeau, Queensland, is seeking a full-time Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of vinyl and carpet installation in commercial fitouts and medical fitouts. We are small team of 4 installers currently, looking to expand slightly to build a good hard working team that enjoy working together and get rewarded for their efforts. What you'll be doing Accurately measure, cut and install vinyl flooring to the highest standards Prepare and level subfloors in preparation for vinyl installation 3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process 4.Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations 5.Work efficiently to complete projects within agreed timelines What we're looking for Minimum 4 years experience as a vinyl flooring installer Commercial vinyl flooring installation experience is required Proven track record of delivering high-quality, professional vinyl flooring installations Must be competent with floor grinding, levelling, patching and ramping as well as Coved vinyl, welding, carpet tiles, planks and wall sheet Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to safety Australian work rights are required for this position What we offer At Tactical Flooring PTY LTD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
