Key Responsibilities Drive AI adoption by embedding Generative AI (e.g. Copilot) into business processes and delivering measurable business value Partner with business stakeholders to analyse, map, and redesign processes for AI and automation opportunities Design, test, and refine AI prompts, use cases, and agent-driven workflows Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions through UAT coordination, feedback loops, and iterative improvement Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement to ensure sustained adoption Ensure AI solutions align with data governance, security, and responsible AI practices Contribute to continuous improvement of AI capabilities, standards, and adoption frameworks Deliver business analysis outputs including detailed requirements, process maps, and data mapping to enable successful implementation of AI solutions and wider digital transformation projects About You Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, BCS) Proven experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives Strong background in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot), including prompt design or AI-assisted workflows Experience preparing and executing UAT in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar enterprise ecosystems (desirable) Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability Why Join Osmoflo?
