About the role: Positioned within the Parts Departments, Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overall performance of the Parts department to achieve internal and manufacturer’s targets Producing parts quotations to customers and internal departments Handling customer inquiries quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Keeping customers up to date with part ETA’s Invoicing charges to customer and receiving payments Ordering parts and accessories based on forward delivers and customer service bookings Unpacking freight and receipting invoices into stock Binning / storage of parts Pre picking Parts & Accessories to meet daily job requirements Booking of Parts & Accessories to repair orders In town collection and drop off of parts when required What’s on offer/benefits: Full time role Monday to Friday Above award wage and renumeration package dependent upon previous experience.
