The Southport Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health team on a permanent part-time basis. This diverse role will see you delivering high-quality care to inpatient and day rehabilitation clients and Ramsay Health Plus outpatients . You will have the opportunity to be involved in the FEES clinic and the delivery of Speak Out! Programs. You will work closely with other Speech Pathologists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team of Allied Health, Nursing, and medical professionals. The role requires a proactive clinician with excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to delivering patient-centred care. What You’ll Bring Experience in adult acute and/or rehabilitation settings (desirable). Skills in VFSS and/or FEES (desirable). Experience in SPEAK OUT! or LSVT programs (desirable). High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and prioritise effectively. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. Professional conduct with a commitment to confidentiality and ongoing development.
