About the Role Zambrero Weston Pty Ltd ATF Zambrero Weston Unit Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to organise and oversee the full operations of our Zambrero Weston Creek outlet. This is a full-time permanent position suited to a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced food retail environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing a high-performing team. What You'll Be Doing ● Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the retail establishment ● Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards to meet customer demand and business objectives ● Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting competitive pricing strategies ● Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services to maximise brand awareness and sales performance ● Serving customers and providing informed advice on products, menu items and their use ● Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions in line with business reporting requirements ● Undertaking budgeting and financial planning for the establishment including cost control and revenue monitoring ● Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team ● Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and relevant workplace legislation What We're Looking For ● Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management or a related field. ● Minimum 1 year of full-time retail management experience in food service management industry or similar required. ● Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop a team in a busy retail or hospitality environment ● Strong understanding of stock control, purchasing, budgeting and financial reporting ● Experience in implementing marketing and promotional strategies ● Excellent communication and customer service skills ● Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety obligations ● Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities What We Offer ● Competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per annum ● Full-time stable employment in a supportive team environment ● Opportunity to lead and grow with one of Australia's most recognised food retail franchise brands ● Be part of a business with a meaningful humanitarian mission through the Plate 4 Plate initiative ● Career development and progression opportunities About Us Zambrero Weston Creek is part of Australia's largest and most loved Mexican food franchise, proudly serving fresh, healthy and flavoursome Mexican food to the Weston Creek community.
