Key responsibilities Provide general office administration support (phone/email enquiries, filing, scanning, meeting room set-up, and internal coordination). Manage livestock compliance documentation, including NLIS uploads/reporting within required timeframes and follow-up of NVDs. Prepare daily invoices in Xero, including attaching customer weight sheets and maintaining daily sales reporting. Support banking and finance processes including daily bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and credit card payments. Maintain accurate digital and paper records and handle confidential information appropriately. Coordinate inventory/stock control tasks (weekly stocktakes of PPE/components, office supplies and first aid stock ordering). Assist with onboarding tasks and other ad hoc projects as required. About you Proven administrative experience, ideally with exposure to finance administration. Xero experience and confidence working with invoices and reconciliations. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines across competing priorities. Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person). Sound judgement, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
