We have recently experienced a period of significant growth and we now need to expand our Labrador Store Team with additional full time staff members. Role Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Retail Showroom and Trade Centre, assisting our customers with their selection of Tiles. Key Responsibilities include: Preparation and follow up of quotes and sales orders with customers and clients Inventory management Execute in-store marketing campaigns Work with the team to ensure KPI targets are met Assist with the organisation and cleanliness of the store You To be successful in the role you will have the following knowledge, skills, and attributes: Permanent residency status is required for this position. Prior experience in a Retail Showroom Strong customer service experience is acceptable in lieu of specific showroom experience Strong work ethic - punctual and reliable Eye for detail Positive Attitude Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster Experience preferred in selling flooring or other relatable building products, and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.
