What You’ll Do Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‑first experiences. Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards. Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines. Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
