Job Description We have an opportunity for a Phone Sales / Store Person to join our Wollongong branch. This is a hands‑on role combining phone sales, counter service and store operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity while keeping the branch running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in delivering the level of service JAS is known for. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone sales enquiries and support account managers Provide professional service to customers at the trade counter Process invoices, credits and RMA’s accurately Receive, dispatch and consign freight efficiently Assist with stock counts and inventory management Maintain a clean, organised and safe store and warehouse environment Keep shelving, pallet racking and stock locations accurate Support the Branch Manager and wider team with daily operations Report stock discrepancies and assist with stock control Qualifications About You You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a team, take pride in great customer service, and aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up.
