NO WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED Full Training on our Property CRM & Support Provided Ongoing Training- At Ray White, we believe our staff are our most valuable asset and all of our team are provided with ongoing training Latest technology Your key duties will include: Provide exceptional customer service to both owners and tenants Maintenance and Repairs management Conducting inspections: Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine Arrears Control Management Growth Lease renewal & rent reviews Management of a portfolio of approx. 170 properties Skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience Must have a Class 2 License as a minimum Time management skills High-level patience and communication skills Excellent relationship management skills Strong focus on customer service Positive and proactive, can-do attitude, and must be a team player * Must have your own reliable car Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Experience: Property management: 2 years (Preferred) Licence/Certification: Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (Preferred) Driver Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
