The existing brigade are highly motivated and experienced. The candidate would ideally be available for lunch and dinner service. The ideal candidate will have Australian trade or equivalent qualifications and will have previous experience as a sous chef in a small to medium sized, fast paced kitchen. Reporting to the Head Chef, the ideal candidate would have an understanding of ordering, stock control, team management, OH&S, environmental health, communication, and quality assurance, but more importantly, the successful person will enjoy cooking, and being part of an energetic and passionate group of people who enjoy the hospitality industry.
