The Opportunity: Are you a passionate Provisional Psychologist looking to grow your clinical career in a supportive, purpose-driven practice? Edmonds Psychology is an allied health clinic on the Central Coast of NSW, providing trauma-informed, person-centred care to children, adolescents, and adults. You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload across mental health, trauma, disability, and NDIS-funded services. The role offers strong clinical variety and structured support for those working toward general registration through the 51 or 42 pathways. New graduates are encouraged to apply. As a clinician, you will deliver evidence-based psychological and behaviour support interventions in a well-supported environment, working with a broad range of presentations across the lifespan. Full AHPRA-approved individual supervision is included as part of your employment, fully supporting your professional development and progression toward registration. Please note this is a casual position for the right fit will be offered a part-time contract. Essential Tertiary qualifications in Psychology Current AHPRA registration (provisional or general) Deep empathy and commitment to inclusive, ethical and culturally safe practice Strong communication and interpersonal skills across clients, families, and stakeholders Commitment to reflective practice and continuous growth High standard of record keeping, confidentiality, and report writing Willingness to work in clinic (Gosford) and conduct home visits across the Central Coast Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check Desirable NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (or eligibility to work towards) Experience with children, young people, and adults in mental health or disability settings Knowledge of CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed theraputic frameworks Experience with high-risk presentations including suicidality, self-harm, and complex trauma Familiarity with restrictive practices and NDIS reporting requirements How To Apply: Please forward your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and how it aligns to the above criteria.
